We are in a 498-unit co-op and had a major rat problem due to ongoing construction due to local Lower 11. The situation had become overwhelming, and I wasn’t sure if these containers would make a difference—but I was wrong. Since switching to Steel Masters garbage containers, the issue has been completely resolved. They truly seem to be rat-resistant, which has been a game-changer. Beyond the quality of the containers, the service has been excellent. We had a minor issue with one of the container locks, and it was resolved quickly. Deliveries have always been timely, and working with Lou made the entire process easy. Highly recommend!

Matt and the team did an outstanding job on replacing a steel sidewalk door that had rusted, and then also provided custom steel plates (painted, with handles) for covering basement pits, and ensuring safety of our team. Matt was responsive, fair on price, and highlight communicative. I will definitely be using him and his team again!

Steel Masters quickly customized, manufactured, and installed 2 double bulkhead cellar doors to replace our original doors from before1900. Courteous and professional throughout the process. I was very pleased. I can't imagine I will have to upgrade these doors in my lifetime, however I will use them again when we have a special steel project and recommend them. -Val, Cemetery

They Installed a big indoor staircase with grating steps and pipe railings and it looks great, very sturdy and installed in one day. Excellent service and product , highly recommend .
